Legal
Privacy Policy
This page explains, in simple language, how Career Plus Academy handles the information you share with us.
This policy is provided for general information. It has not been reviewed or certified by a legal professional and may be updated at any time.
Information we collect
Depending on the service you use, we collect enquiry details, account information, assessment answers and results, uploaded resumes and optional job descriptions, purchase references, and support messages or attachments. Enquiry details can include your name, email address, phone number, interested program or service, and message.
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to enquiries, provide account access and learning services, verify purchases, generate assessment results and Resume Audits, handle support requests, and send service communications or updates you agreed to receive. We do not sell your information.
Sharing
Service providers process information needed to deliver the service: Razorpay handles online checkout, cloud services store account and service records, AI services process resumes and optional job descriptions for Resume Audits, and connected email services deliver communications. Information may also be disclosed where required by law.
Cookies and analytics

Data retention
Records support ongoing learning, purchase verification, returning access to reports, and customer support. Contact us to ask about retention or deletion of your information; payment and legal record requirements may affect what can be deleted.
Your choices
